WHEN I DO AN OFFLINE DUPLICATE, THE LIGHT IS FLASHING BUT IT'S NOT WORKING.
When offline duplicate, make sure B hard drive should have more room than A hard drive.
IF MY HARD DRIVE HAS ENCRYPTION, WILL IT WORK?
No, you have to do decryption, then use the Zilkee™ Recovery Station for file or disk duplication.
DOES ZILKEE™ RECOVERY STATION WORK WITH NAS SYSTEM?
Possibly, you have to make sure your NAS has a USB port and recognized our Recovery Station.
CAN I USE IT WITHOUT DC 12V OR USE MY OWN USB CABLE?
Please use the DC 12 V power adapter and USB 3.0 cable from our box, otherwise may cause damage to the device.
DOES ZILKEE™ RECOVERY STATION WORK WITH MAC OS COMPUTER?
Most Mac computers since the year 2000 will work with Recovery Station. Please check the user manual before using the device.
I DON'T HAVE A COMPUTER NEARBY, WILL THIS WORK ON MY PHONE?
If your phone is Andriod and has a ZILKEE OTG cable when connecting is created, you can open the FILE APP on your phone and then operate Zilkee™ Recovery Station to do file copy and delete.
However, the device doesn't work with iPhone.
